Last night, I got the opportunity to perform at The Grotto Festival of Lights in Portland, OR. This is an annual event that kicks off each holiday season, hanging millions of lights and hosting hundreds of musical acts. It’s definitely a sight to see (and hear)!
I’ve heard about The Grotto Festival of Lights for years. I’ve always heard how spectacular it was, but I’ve also heard it was primarily for choirs.
Or is it?
A big, huge thanks to The Grotto Festival of Lights for reaching out and giving a Portland singer-songwriter like me a chance to contribute.
I’m no holiday choir, but I mixed in three of my five favorite Christmas songs (I Heard the Bells, Do You Hear What I Hear?, and Silent Night). And hell, just to erase suspense, my other two favorites are in the videos below.
